Building Systems we take jobsite safety seriously. We have
an excellent safety record and all of our employees are trained
to recognize potential hazards before they become a
problem. We have a comprehensive, written safety program
that stresses prevention of accidents and proper training of
employees. At Macrum Building Systems we are aware that
accidents and safety problems do affect the project schedule and
everyone's "bottom line". |

Insurance
Macrum Building Systems maintains commercial general liability
insurance, workman's compensation insurance, materials stored
insurance and we also offer builders risk insurance for the
project if needed. Before a project begins we ensure that
builders risk insurance is in effect to provide maximum
protection. We also have strict insurance requirements
that our subcontractors must follow that provide further
protection for our customers. |

Warranty
& Maintenance Programs
Macrum Building Systems has a comprehensive warranty program
that will cover our projects for a minimum of one year from the
date the project is substantially completed. In addition
we offer additional warranty coverages for many material
finishes, roof systems and building components. We also
offer a "Maintenance and Warranty" book at the
completion of the project that provides invaluable information
on how to properly maintain and care for your building
investment. |
