| Our
design-build process is a partnership between the Owner, Macrum Building Systems, the architect, the design team and the consultants.
All parties work together as a team which results in a better design and construction process. As part of our process we typically hire the architect,
design team and consultants. However, if you are already working with an architect or design team
we will partner up with them to ensure you are getting best
construction solution to fit your specific needs.

Streamlined
Process:
Our design-build process streamlines the design, cost
development, permit and construction phases into one integrated
process. Since we are integrated into the design phase
from the beginning, we can make recommendations on building
systems, materials, and construction methods which result in a
more efficient overall process. |

Single Source:
Instead of the Owner having to hire the architect,
engineers, consultants and the contractor under multiple
contracts, our process allows the Owner to deal with just one
party for the entire construction project. This gives the
Owner a "Single Source" to deal with for permitting,
budgeting, questions on costs and changes. |

Value
Engineering:
As part of our design build process, we are able to make
recommendations on which materials and construction methods will
work best to meet the Owner's Specific needs and budget.

Owner Involvement:
Our process allows the Owner to be involved with the design
and construction process as much or as little as they
desire. If an Owner wants Macrum Building Systems to
coordinate all facets of their project we are happy to
oblige. We understand that many Owners want to concentrate
on their day to day operations or trying to grow their
businesses. We also work with quite a few Owners who want to
be more involved with the process.
